INTERIOR FINISHES & FFE
Experts in colour, material, finish & functionality. Work with experienced designers to select all interior finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment to ensure a cohesive aesthetic across the entire home.

A bespoke service, providing you with a one on one 90min online design session with Mia. The time is yours, to be used how you wish.

This package is targeted towards experienced developers who trust our professional opinion and are seeking a cost- and time-effective design package.
The main differentiator is that its purpose is to save both parties time, eliminating the need for design presentations and meetings. The package is based on a pre-allocated number of design hours and the length of the project is significantly shorter. All documents/presentations will be issued digitally via email. If a meeting is required or design hours exceed set hours, they will be charged at the MLI hourly rate.

Mia’s superpower is spatial planning; she can see spaces differently. In the first step of the design process, Mia reviews the interior floor plan and makes suggestions and proposals, ranging from minor tweaks to major transformations.
